About our products and services
These terms apply to purchases of parts and accessories and to conversion, upgrade, painting and installation work supplied by Southwest Automart. The product listing, accepted quotation and order confirmation identify the items, services and agreed charges for your order. Any variation must be confirmed in writing. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Vehicle compatibility and product descriptions
Before ordering, provide your vehicle model, year, body style and relevant specifications. We may request a VIN or photographs to check fitment. Differences between variants, production years and previously modified vehicles can affect compatibility. Please obtain written fitment confirmation if unsure; our responsibility for advice we provide is not excluded.
Unless expressly identified as genuine Porsche or another manufacturer’s genuine part, a conversion or styling product is an aftermarket product. A styling conversion does not change the vehicle’s original manufacturer designation, model identity or performance specification. Photographs may show optional parts or a completed vehicle; the listing or quotation specifies what is included. Southwest Automart does not claim manufacturer authorisation unless expressly stated and verified.
Prices and order confirmation
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit unless stated otherwise. Before payment, the order or quotation will identify the price and applicable shipping, taxes and service charges. Painting, installation, coding, calibration and additional hardware are included only when expressly listed. If an error or stock discrepancy is identified, we will explain it and seek your agreement to any change or offer cancellation and repayment of sums due for undeliverable items.
An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of an order. Availability, fitment requirements and any special-order conditions will be confirmed before we commit to fulfilment. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Special orders and deposits
Custom-made, imported-to-order, painted or personalised items will be identified before payment, together with the expected lead time, deposit and cancellation terms. If you request cancellation after work or procurement has started, any proposed deduction must be explained and supported by reasonable, recoverable costs under the agreed terms and applicable law. Unused amounts will be returned where due. A deposit is not automatically forfeited in every circumstance. These conditions do not remove remedies for defective, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied items.
Installation and modifications
Body kits and electronic upgrades may require professional fitting, trial fitting, painting, wiring, coding or calibration. Confirm the work scope before installation. We will seek your approval before additional chargeable work. Please inspect and trial-fit parts before painting or permanent modification where practical. If an issue is found, stop work and contact us so it can be assessed.
Modifications may affect vehicle approvals, insurance, inspection requirements or an existing manufacturer warranty. Compliance must be checked for the place where the vehicle will be used. We do not promise that every conversion is road-approved in every country. This does not exclude our responsibility for our own workmanship or representations.
Complaints and applicable rights
Contact us with your order or invoice number and a clear description of the issue. We will investigate and discuss the appropriate remedy. Malaysian law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to your purchase. Nothing requires you to waive access to a competent consumer tribunal, regulator or court.
